Homework Week of March 6th

Parent Reminders:

Due to the snow day, we WILL have school on Friday, March 10th 

Lots of first graders are forgetting their morning snack. Please remember to pack them something daily, even if they are hot lunch!



Please pack your child a dishtowel in their lunchbox to use each day. It will be used as a place mat to make our lunch clean up easier! :)

Mission Money will be collected on Wednesday!

Collection for Camilla - Room 1 is assigned deodorant 

Tests this week:
ELA Test on sight words and "Honeybees" Story - Monday 3/6th
Math - Chapter 8 Test - Thursday 3/9th

New Sight words this week are: always, everything, things, become, nothing, day, stays



Readables will be sent home this week - Please read each night with your child, keep Readable in your child's schoolbag and return to school on Friday

Monday - 
Word Work - Write each word 3 times
Math - Practice book pages 165 and 166
Read for 10 minutes

Tuesday - 
Word Work - Put sight words in ABC order
Math - Practice book pages 167 and 168
Read for 10 minutes




Wednesday - 
Word Work - Put each word in a complete sentence
Math - Practice book pages 169 and 170
Study for Chapter 8 Math test tomorrow!
Read for 10 minutes



Thursday - 
Word Work - Put each word into a short story
Math - First in Math practice 
Read for 10 minutes
